About GO-Live Ready

A training readiness tracker for system rollouts, with a plain account of what it can and cannot do yet.

What GO-Live Ready does

GO-Live Ready tracks training readiness across every site in a multi-site system rollout, such as an ERP or SAP go-live. It works out, for each person, whether they have the training they need before their site goes live, and shows the gaps while there is still time to fix them.

It brings together learning pathways, session bookings, waitlists, attendance and go-live waves in one place, so the people who sign off a go-live can see readiness site by site instead of chasing spreadsheets.

Who built it

GO-Live Ready is built by Tegan O'Connor, a freelance instructional and learning designer based on the NSW Central Coast. Tegan has more than 20 years across instructional design, UX, information design and digital adoption, and built this around the questions that come up when a system change reaches the people who have to use it.

It is an early product from a one person business, and this page says plainly what that means.

What the demo is

The demo is a small sample rollout with made up people, sites and sessions. Nothing in it belongs to a real organisation. It is view only, so you can look around every screen without changing anything.

Some figures on the landing page are illustrative of a larger rollout. The demo itself is smaller.

Your data and security

Accounts sign in with an email code or Google. The product runs on a managed hosting platform, and connections are encrypted.

This early version does not yet keep each customer's data in a separate workspace. For that reason, please do not load real employee records into it. Use the demo, or fictitious or properly de-identified data, until a pilot is set up for your organisation.

Never enter health information, government identifiers or passwords into the product. The privacy notice explains what is collected and how to ask for access or deletion.

What is not built yet

There is no per-organisation workspace yet, no single sign-on, and no payments. Bookings are switched off in the demo. These are the things a real pilot would need, and they are the next steps rather than something already in place.
